- Why do I need a password?

When surfing the Tramontina.com.br/DesignCollection website, you will choose a password which will give you access in order to update your details and your gift registry. Starting from your second visit to the website, you will be able to use your PASSWORD and USERNAME. As such, your details will be saved, without the need for you to fill out forms again.
Remember: The care you take with regard to your password should be the same as you take with regard to bank services. Your password for the website must not have any relation to the passwords that you use for other services and for this reason we recommend that you create a password exclusively for use on the Tramontina.com.br/DesignCollection website.

If you click on BUY, all the shops that sell the product that you were looking at will be displayed. If you click on SHOPS, you will be redirected to a search page for all shops, unrelated to any specific product from the line.
- Can I purchase products from the Tramontina Design Collection on the website?
- On the website, www.tramontinadesigncollection.com, you cannot make purchases. On the website, Tramontina.com.br/DesignCollection, we only provide the ability to search for other shops which carry out this type of sale. For this reason, Tramontina does not hold itself responsible for delivery and service provided by Shops and On-line Stores.

- Would you like to set up a gift registry?
- If you are getting married, in a new home, planning a bridal shower or another important event, on our website, Tramontina.com.br/DesignCollection, we provide the facility for you to set up a registry of desired gifts. As a result, you can let your guests and friends know about the registry so that they can purchase the products that you really want!
- What do I do to set up my registry?
- If you have already registered on the Tramontina.com.br/DesignCollection website, you just need to click on GIFT REGISTRY and select the SET UP MY REGISTRY option. You provide information about the type of registry you would like to create (gift registry, wedding registry, wish list, I’ve just moved, house warming party, bridal shower, or another registry), fill out the details about the event and organise the registry with the products you desire. If you have not yet registered to the website, you need to do so in order to set up your registry.
- Will everyone be able to see my registry?
- If you choose to disclose your registry, all the people who access the website will be able to view it. However, you have the option to not disclose it. If you prefer, you can also send a special notice by e-mail to people that you are interested in informing about the registry.
- How can I search for other registries?
- After going to the GIFT REGISTRY, you need to click on SEARCH FOR REGISTRIES and provide the name of the person or event in order to retrieve the results and access the desired registry. If you opt for disclosing your registry, all the people who access the website will be able to view it. However, you have the option to not disclose it. If you prefer, you can also send a special notice by e-mail to people that you interested in informing about the registry.
