Frying pan in forged aluminum with Starflon High Performance nonstick coating inside and out with polyester silicon paint. Internally the frying pan has four layers, with the base reinforced with ceramic particles. It has greater durability, greater anti-adherence and high resistance to corrosion. The Lyon frying pan is thicker than other frying pans, allowing an even internal distribution of heat, reducing cooking time. Lid Knob in stainless steel for more durability. As well as being used as a frying pan for frying, it can be used to defrost food. Can be used in gas oven, electric and ceramic glass hob. Dishwasher proof. Following the user instructions ensures the frying pan will remain beautiful for much longer.
